How do I contact WeatherFlo support?
Email info@weatherflo.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and WeatherFlo app version if you are reporting a problem. We read every message.
WeatherFlo is not matching my local weather. What should I try?
Check that Location is allowed for WeatherFlo in iOS Settings, then pull to refresh or search for the place manually. The cinematic video represents current conditions, not the forecast.
How do I change or turn off location access?
Open iOS Settings, tap Privacy & Security, then Location Services, then WeatherFlo. You can allow precise or approximate location, or deny access and search for a place instead.
Is there an Android version of WeatherFlo?
Not yet. Join the Android waitlist at weatherflo.com/android and we will email you when WeatherFlo is on Google Play.
How do I request deletion of my information?
Email info@weatherflo.com with a deletion request. You can also delete saved locations in the app where that control exists, or uninstall WeatherFlo to remove data stored on your device.
What the video does — and does not do
The cinematic layer shows the current weather condition. Forecasts describe what is expected later. WeatherFlo is not a severe-weather warning service and does not replace specialist radar or meteorological tools. For product background, see WeatherFlo Answers and the FAQ.
Privacy
WeatherFlo does not sell personal information and does not use the IDFA for advertising tracking. Read the Privacy Policy for what we collect, how location permission works, and how to make a POPIA or deletion request.
